The Cheshire Cat is Alice Liddell's primary ally and principle companion in Wonderland. He talks, constantly smiles, and can disappear at will. Although he may be a friend to Alice, he has a commonly snarky attitude. Alice in return returns the same treatment.
He tends to speak in riddles or in rhyme from time to time, and has given Alice cryptic advice on her adventures through Wonderland. In the sequel game, Alice: Madness Returns, he did the same along with leaving clues that Alice could only see whenever she shrunk herself.
